Interview mixup

Two people with same name comes for interview.  One for Job and other is a celebrity of some sort. Due to a,mixup,  the one who should appear for interview is put into TV.
It's an interview by a channel. 
Now,  because the job interviewer is filmed live. He is asked about story of his llife. That story is the flashback.  This story is identified by someone watching the TV.
